She began her professional training at Robles, Ibazeta & Berdejo Abogados. In February 2008 she joined the firm CPB Abogados and since January 2020 she is a senior associate in the labor and dispute resolution area.
Cynthia has extensive experience providing general labor advice with an emphasis on consulting, including contractual planning, labor compliance, discipline management and conflict resolution. She is a specialist in the hiring of foreign workers and in obtaining the necessary immigration status according to the client's needs. She also provides advice in labor inspection procedures before SUNAFIL and sponsorship in labor judicial proceedings.
He is also a specialist in civil law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He advises clients in the design and execution of comprehensive strategies for the solution of legal problems. He sponsors clients in civil, constitutional, commercial, labor, family and contentious-administrative proceedings.
Lawyer from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with Advanced Specialisation courses in Labour Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Diploma in Legislation and Labour Relations at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and a specialisation in Human Resources at the Universidad del Pacífico.
Member of the Lima Bar Association since 2008.
