Experience includes the design of the most convenient and efficient corporate and tax structures for the transaction, as well as the negotiation and execution of the various contracts involved, such as preliminary purchase or sale agreements (MOUs and LOIs), purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, escrow account agreements, confidentiality agreements, spin-off and merger projects, financing agreements, guarantees, among others.

He also specializes in providing advice on the development of real estate projects for the construction of apartment or office buildings, for the construction of clubs, shopping centers, and in general, all types of real estate projects. He also specializes in the analysis of the legal status of properties, the preparation and negotiation of contracts to acquire rights to the properties, as well as advice on the preparation and negotiation of construction and project management contracts.
