Safety and Health at Work

Labor Law and Social Security

  • Consulting on staff recruitment planning, evaluating fixed-term or open-ended strategies.
  • Hiring workers in activities under special regimes (non-traditional exports, fishing industry, civil construction, among others) and the provision of services through productive decentralization schemes (intermediation, outsourcing, service location).
  • We evaluate the level of compliance with formal obligations, providing practical solutions.
  • We participate in the development of strategies and policies for the prevention of individual and collective labor conflicts.
