Our practice

We provide advice on compliance with the obligations that companies have towards their employees, such as: preparation of contracts, registration in payroll or electronic payroll, vacations, leaves, discounts, contributions, withholdings, liquidation of employees' social benefits, remunerations and special compensations to personnel.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health System (OSH).
  • We provide talks to workers and contingency verification audits.

Labor Law and Social Security

  • Advice in the planning for hiring personnel, evaluating fixed-term or indefinite-term strategies.
  • Hiring of workers in activities under special regimes (non-traditional exports, fishing industry, civil construction, among others) and the provision of services through productive decentralization schemes (intermediation, outsourcing, outsourcing of services).
  • We evaluate the level of compliance with formal obligations, providing practical alternative solutions.
  • We participate in the development of strategies and policies for the prevention of labor conflicts, both individual and collective.
