With over 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer and consultant, Mario Pinatte has extensive experience in the areas of labor litigation and consulting. He is recognized for his extensive defense of clients in matters ranging from individual labor disputes to collective labor law disputes. He provides preventive counsel and represents clients in matters related to labor law compliance, employment discrimination, immigration issues, wrongful termination, executive hiring, non-compete agreements, breach of contract actions, occupational risk prevention, among others.

Mario heads the Dispute Resolution practice, advising clients from diverse sectors in highly complex processes. He is a strong advocate of conciliation and has a solid track record of resolving high-value disputes through conciliation. He has served as External Advisor to the Parliamentary Ethics Commission of the Congress of the Republic and as a member of the Radio and Television Advisory Council. He has been appointed as an arbitrator in labor matters and before the OSCE on several occasions.

Mario is also in charge of the Crisis Management area, serving clients' needs in crisis prevention, planning, training, and simulations. His experience in Crisis Management encompasses a wide range of sectors, including industrial, mining, construction, hospitality, and manufacturing, among others. This has allowed him to develop a unique and customized model for each company, tailored to their needs, thus ensuring the continuity of their operations with minimal impact.
