With more than 20 years of practice as a lawyer and consultant, Mario Pinatte has extensive experience in the areas of labour litigation and counselling. He is recognised for his extensive defence of clients in matters ranging from individual labour disputes to collective labour law disputes. He provides preventive advice and represents clients in matters related to labour law compliance, employment discrimination, immigration issues, wrongful dismissal, executive hiring, non-competition agreements, breach of contract actions, prevention of occupational hazards, among others.

Mario heads the Dispute Resolution practice, advising clients in a variety of sectors on highly complex processes. He is a strong advocate of conciliation and has a solid track record of resolving high-value disputes through the conciliation process. He has been External Advisor to the Parliamentary Ethics Committee of the Congress of the Republic and advisor to the Advisory Council of Radio and Television. He has been appointed arbitrator in labour matters and before OSCE on different occasions.

Mario is also in charge of the Crisis Management area, attending to the needs of clients in aspects of crisis prevention, planning, training and simulations. His experience in Crisis Management includes a wide range of different sectors such as industrial, mining, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, among others, which has allowed him to develop a unique and customised model for each company according to their needs, thus guaranteeing the continuity of their operations with the least impact.
