Senior Associate
She began her professional training at Robles, Ibazeta & Berdejo Abogados. In February 2008, she joined CPB Abogados and has been a senior associate in the labor and dispute resolution practice since January 2020.
Cynthia has extensive experience providing general labor consulting services, with an emphasis on consulting, including contractual planning, labor compliance, discipline management, and conflict resolution. She specializes in hiring foreign workers and obtaining the necessary immigration status according to the client's needs. She also provides advice on labor inspection procedures before SUNAFIL (National Labor Protection Agency) and representation in labor court proceedings.
He also specializes in civil law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He advises clients in the design and execution of comprehensive strategies for resolving legal problems. He represents clients in civil, constitutional, commercial, labor, family, and administrative litigation proceedings.
She holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the National University of San Marcos, with advanced specialization courses in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, a diploma in Legislation and Labor Relations from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, and a specialization in Human Resources from the University of the Pacific.
He has been a member of the Lima Bar Association since 2008.
