With over 20 years of experience in the mining and environmental sectors, Lorena has advised national and international companies on regulatory, mining environmental, contractual, and corporate matters, project permitting, supervision and oversight, mining formalization, community relations, due diligence, cultural heritage management, and mineral marketing. She has held senior management and confidential positions in companies in the sector and has been a speaker at specialized academic programs.

Lorena is also a member of the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers and Women in Mining Peru. She is also a certified arbitrator at the "Alberto Bedoya Saenz" Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center of the Lima Departmental Council of the Peruvian College of Engineers, the Peruvian Center for Dispute Management and Administration, the Arbitration Center of the Lima Bar Association, and the Center for Advanced Studies in Development and Training.

Lorena has a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Territorial Planning and Environmental Management from the University of Barcelona, an MBA in Mining, Management and Administration of Mining Companies from the Catholic University of San Antonio de Murcia, and a Master's degree in Advanced Management from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also holds various specialized diplomas in environmental and mining engineering, exploration and evaluation of mining deposits, planning and design of open-pit mines, management systems, occupational health and the environment, among others.
