Victor Bosleman

Victor has experience advising and representing individuals and legal entities in administrative proceedings before various administrative entities regarding intellectual property, consumer protection, personal data protection, and advertising regulation, as well as providing legal advice on the aforementioned topics.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). He earned first place in the 22nd University Extension Course on Competition and Intellectual Property Policies offered by INDECOPI (2020). He also completed studies in the intellectual property training program offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the University of Geneva (2021).
