On January 11, 2024, the Executive Power opted to observe the Bill that sought to eliminate the obligation to include the Single Taxpayers' Registry (RUC) and the corporate name in advertising.

Consequently, the Bill has been returned to the Economic Commission of the Congress of the Republic for further analysis, where it will be evaluated whether to accept the Executive Branch's observation or recommend approval by insistence.

In the meantime, the current law will remain in force, so the obligation to include the RUC and the company name in advertising must continue to be complied with.
