Law authorising the provision of CTS in order to cover economic needs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Law No. 31480 authorises, on a one-time basis and until 31 December 2023, workers included within the scope of the Law on Compensation for Time for Services, to freely dispose of one hundred percent (100%) of the deposits for compensation for time for services made in financial institutions and which they have accumulated on the date of disposal.
- The Executive Branch shall issue the necessary regulatory provisions within ten (10) calendar days of the entry into force of this law.
Law establishing paid leave and subsequent compensation for workers who undergo annual preventive oncological examinations.
By Law N° 31479, public and private sector workers are authorised to take compensatory leave for up to two (02) working days, consecutive or not, to undergo preventive oncological examinations.
- To access this leave, the worker must previously coordinate with the employer or superior authority, in addition to presenting the medical order indicating the examinations to be carried out.
